Pay range:
$153,109.00 - $244,982.00Based in beautiful Bellevue, WA, Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is searching for a proven healthcare executive to lead our Neuroscience Service Line. This newly created role will report directly to our Chief Administrative Officer.
If selected, you'll co-lead Overlake's Neurosciences Leadership Council in partnership with the Physician Program Director. Priorities will include ensuring the highest standards for quality, patient satisfaction, access to services, and financial management. You'll also work to advance the strategic and operational initiatives of the Eastside Neuroscience Institute (ENI), a joint venture with Evergreen Health.
Overlake's Neuroscience Service Line includes both clinic and hospital-based services:
- Cranial neurosurgery
- Spine surgery
- Vascular interventional lab
- Neurohospitalist group
- Stroke program
- Epilepsy services
- EEG services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree (MHA, MBA) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years management experience required (10+ years preferred).
- Previous service line or system-wide leadership experience preferred.
- Previous experience with inpatient and ambulatory practices preferred.
- FACHE credential preferred.

How much will this job pay?
Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Pay rates for part-time and per diem jobs will be pro-rated based on FTE. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
