Pay range:

Overlake is searching for a strategic healthcare finance leader. This highly visible role reports directly to the CFO and serves as a trusted advisor to our senior executives, strategy team and external stakeholders including the Washington State Hospital Association.

If selected, you'll be responsible for the accounting and treasury functions of the Hospital and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results, audits and external reporting.  This position also manages and directs the Strategic Data team that supports Epic reporting and data. Key responsibilities include:

• Prescribing financial reporting to department heads;
• Directing the annual budgeting function;
• Maintaining long-term financial plans with inputs from strategy;,
• Developing financial pro formas;
• Providing financial consultation for all strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Accounting, Business or Finance major preferred.

• MBA preferred.

• CPA preferred with HFMA membership desired.
• Minimum 5 years management experience required. 

• Healthcare experience required.

• Proven experience with cost modeling.

• Experience with EPIC, Workday or other large ERP systems strongly desired.
