Pay range:

Overlake is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide basic administrative and consultative support to our Human Resources Business Partners and our Director of Human Resources.  If selected, you'll analyze and track human resources metrics and produce reports to support our HRBPs and HR leaders. You'll also support employees by researching and responding to questions and providing timely and accurate counsel on HR policies and data inquiries.  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2 years recent administrative or employee relations experience
• Excellent customer service skills, professionalism and integrity
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Prior hospital/healthcare human resources experience preferred

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
