Monday to Friday / 8am to 430pm

Overlake is seeking an HR administrative professional to assist with HR projects for a 6 month temporary role as an HR Coordinator.

The HR Coordinator - will provide administrative support to the Leave Specialist and Training Specialist. Analyzes and tracks human resources metrics and reports. Ensure time coding is entered into the time and attendance system for semi-monthly Payroll processing deadline. Supports employees by researching and responding to questions, providing timely and accurate information on HR policies and information inquiries. Provides back-up coverage to the HR front desk as necessary. Job duties are conducted in a manner which includes excellence in customer service and a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Requires minimum of two years recent administrative/clerical or human resources experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Hospital/healthcare human resources experience preferred.

• Experience with Workday and/or UKG Dimensions is strongly preferred.

How much will this job pay?

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Pay rates for part-time and per diem jobs will be pro-rated based on FTE. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
