Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, dynamic, Registered Nurse with an outstanding depth of knowledge in Surgical Services to join our team and drive our ongoing commitment to excellence and assist with nursing professional development, staff training, and evidence-based practice improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. MSN or equivalent experience preferred.
- Current WA RN license or Multistate RN License
- Health Care Provider CPR Certification
- ACL & PALS preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience in acute care perioperative nursing required.
- Certification in CNOR, NPD or related specialty strongly preferred.
- Experience in adult education, teaching, program planning, development, coordination and evaluation process highly desired.
- Experience in quality improvement efforts, facilitation and group process knowledge and skills preferred.
Responsibilities to include:
- contributes to planning, development and delivery of education and training
- promotes best practice and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams in process improvement initiatives.
- supports Mentoring and coaching of clinical staff
- Contribute to policies and nursing education at the core of patient care
- Help staff realize their career goals through professional development and clinical excellence.
- Strategize for the future of nursing in our ever-changing health care environment.
