Pay range:

$136,698.00 - $218,712.00

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a highly skilled, passionate and engaged nurse leader in Critical Care. In this vital role, you will work closely with physicians and staff to deliver excellence across clinical, operational and financial services.

Our Critical Care Unit is a 32-bed unit with a variety of specialties including open heart/thoracic surgery, neurology/neurosurgery, cardiology, pulmonary, trauma and general medical surgical.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Nursing required.
  • Master’s in Nursing preferred.

Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration:    

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington required (may also be a Multi-State RN License from compact State).  
  • Health Care Provider CPR Certification is also required.
  • ACLS required.
  • CCRN preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience required.  
  • Minimum of 3 years prior managerial experience preferred.

  • In this high-profile role, you will lead the unit to attain the goals reflected in the balanced scorecard, will work as a team with other nursing leaders, and provide accountability for the unit while supporting the core values of the organization.
  • Position is supported with a supervisor and educator. Position reports to Cardiac and Critical Care Service Line Director.
