Pay range:

The Senior Server Engineer engages in a portfolio of complex, enterprise level IT projects. Supports large-scale computing platforms and high-profile enterprise technologies.  Accountable for the architectural design of the physical, virtual, and cloud hosted server environments.  Successfully balances competing requirements with the needs of our customers.  Provide guidance and mentorship to server team members.  IS Senior Server Analyst will maintain hardware and software systems including SAN, Server OS, Datacenters, AD, DNS, DHCP, backup, owns server security, monitoring, and software tools to ensure optimum performance, reliability, and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years’ experience or equivalent combination.  High School Diploma required.
• Certification in virtualization, windows, or Linux is required.  VCPDC, VCPDT, Microsoft Azure certifications strongly preferred. 
• Minimum of 4-years’ experience in server and datacenter administration in an enterprise networked environment required.
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft Server, Azrue cloud, Linux OS, and Virtual Server, cloud and VDI.  Knowledge of protocols and standards including OSI, Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, and directory services also required.  Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, proactive customer service attitude, and excellent oral and written skills.
